All orders from 26 Mile are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of the order. We're proud to be a rural-based business, but that comes with some challenges. Our local post office is closed on weekends. For this reason, all orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on the following Monday (unless it is a holiday, or otherwise noted).
After we ship your order, we'll send you a tracking number so that you can follow your package along its journey. It often takes the USPS website (www.usps.com) up to 24 hours before it recognizes a new tracking number. If you input your tracking number and it says something to the effect of "does not exist," please be patient and try again the next day before contacting us.
If your item is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, it is not 26 Mile's responsibility to pay shipping to resend it.
26 Mile does not accept any returns or exchanges on leatherwork (including but not limited to handbags, bags, and leather accessories).
We honor the craftsmanship of each bag and will fix anything due to our craftsmanship. We will not fix anything due to wear and tear. These products are uniquely crafted to guarantee its unique and distinctive appearance. Each handbag is one of a kind. Any variations or irregularities you might find are apart of the uniqueness of the design.
We do however, accept returns for store credit on all other regularly priced items, minus the package's original shipping cost. Exchanges may be made for clothing items if the size is available, if not, you will be given store credit.
Returned items must be received within 14 business days of purchase, and must be returned in their original condition.
Items must have no signs of wear, have tags attached, be unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free.
Any footwear returns must include the original shoebox, and the shoebox cannot be used as the primary shipping container.
Please include your Name, E-mail, Order Number, Item(s) description, Reason for Return in the package. If you do not include this information with your return, it will delay your refund.
If the item(s) are unable to be resold in their original condition, you will be subject to a $20.00 shipping and handling fee.
Once we review the products returned, you will be sent an email notification of actions taken and any necessary details.
